Jennifer L. Robertson is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management and Organizational Studies at Western University and a Visiting Research Fellow at Leeds University. Together, with Dr. Julian Barling, she is the editor of the new book "The Psychology of Green Organizations" published by Oxford University Press. Dr. Robertson's research focuses on psychological issues involved in organizational environmental sustainability and the nature and prediction of leadership. Her research has been presented at various international conferences and published in The Journal of Organizational Behavior and The Leadership Quarterly.
